In order to participate in VbV you need to integrate your website into a Verified by Visa Merchant Plug-In (MPI) and into your payment solution. You will also need to let your sales rep know that you want to participate in VbV.
You can choose one of the following MPI options:
- You can purchase and implement your own MPI from one of the Visa approved providers .
- You can use the MPI provided by your VAR/Solution Provider provided that they have an approved MPI.
- You can use Moneris's MPI. If you would like to use Moneris' MPI please follow the link "Download APIs and Manuals" for information on how to integrate your store.
- You can purchase a copy of the MPI developed by Moneris and run it on your own servers.
